I had that problem after a dog invasion 13 months ago. They either killed all my females or my one rooster for every breed except my Dorkings, and to make matters worse My Dorkings weren't easy to breed. I just started using my Incubator too and alls I could hatch were Red and Black Sex links and Olive Eggers and meat birds by crossing my Red Rangers to Heritage Roosters which turned out to be a project I am still working on today. The best Meat birds I ever eat were once I made from Crossing my Red Rangers.
You can get olive or blue layers from that bunch so let them set if they want

Yes that’s a thought but I like things to just grow naturallyIf you don't want mixed breeds then don't incubate any eggs, or let a broody hatch. If you have any broody hens.
That's an integration that won't go well. However, if you want pure breed chicks you will have to segregate the birds by breed. Here’s a separate question but where or how do I even buy one grown Rooster? And how do I integrate him in won’t he bully everyone or my Rooster try to kill him?
