Well, it was only a double yolker, but the shell was super thick and hard. i think my girl is getting enough oyster shell. It was super yummy! See below with my potatoe cake and veggie bacon. Yum!

The veggie bacon is made by Morningstar. It's primarily egg whites and soy. It's pretty yummy when you cook it crispy. Our neighbor's son loves it. Bacon was one of the things i really missed when i went vegetarian, but this really filled that void. Even my cat Sam, who loves bacon, like this veggie bacon just as much.

Still searching for a vegetarian substitute for fried chicken. Not sure there is such a thing out there.
