I this summer got a 3 pack set of silicone baking cookie pan liners. Well, not sure if they're called "liners" or not.....

But they are thin mats of rubberlike silicone that is used on the flat parts of the cookie sheets. & they are WONDERFUL! :) They cook without darkening the bottoms of cookies. They are easily washable & nothing sticks to them. & with the even heating of the silicone I get the same baking times from different metaled cookie sheets I have due to the dough cooking on the silicone & not the bare metal. & it's a savings, not having to need cooking spray or parchment paper.
