OK, it's really simple and really good. It may not sound like much, but try it!
2 to 2 1/2 pounds ground chuck
6 eggs
4 to 5 slices of bread (lightly wettened)
1/2 bottle + of ketchup
4 TBSP worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Dump in your meat, crack eggs in there, and mix it up good with your hands. Run your slices of bread under the faucet for like 1 second to lightly moisten them. Tear them in pieces and throw them in. Now dump in your worchestershire sauce and half a bottle of ketcheup and salt and pepper. Mix thouroughly with hands again. Now spread this out in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Poke holes in the meatloaf with your finger or the end of a wooden spoon. Now fill holes with additional ketchup and spread a good layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
