Yep, leave them in and tie your hands till hatch is over. Some strains of birds and a half of degree temp high for the duration of the hatch can make them hatch on day 20.

You can, if they're fluffed out pretty well, quickly snatch them out and get them to the brooder without hurting the humidity too much. If I am going to be taking more than one or two chicks out, hence taking a few seconds longer, on occasion I'll add a few drops of water to up the humidity B4 I remove the chicks to compensate for what will be lost. OR you can leave them in till more hatch, whichever you prefer.
