I need a second opinion... BETTER PICS

I was so sure that this one is a pullet! Now someone told me they think she is a cockerel so I need a second opinion...

She

is a seven week old easter egger....

ETA I did not realize the picture is so dark. Her comb is completely yellow.

Maybe take a head on picture of the chick..... I have 2 just like that but they are solid black .....looks rooish to me but could be just the picture.
The tail, and looks like saddle feathers but I am not certain.

That's a tough one - kinda looks like some saddle feathers coming in, but the comb isn't really that red. EE's are so hard. How old is it?
