I've been looking lately for very similar specifications. I have found that the following places are very cheap right now... Not sure what prices will be in 5 years. Rural MO, AR, KY, WV, WY, ME.

Google the words : Lands of _____ (name a state). Lands of Missouri will show you stuff in Missouri - Lands of Tennessee, etc. Nice searches by parcel size, price.

Just dont buy up all the cheap stuff please. Save some for me.

Cecilia Kentucky. I found out there were NO municipal taxes on my car insurance, lower home owners too because of that. Lands not all that high. Lots of rural properties for sale and prices are not out of this world. If you willing to sell me silkies I'll even send you pics of out here.
