I need an egg delight. Any ideas?

a hint for popovers- heat up the muffin tin in the oven before adding the batter, then straight back into the oven. I saw this on "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives", but my mom always stressed that when she made them.

If you look at the recipe, the only thing that makes pop-overs rise is the air that you beat into the eggs. The foamier the eggs, the lighter the pop-over.

TY I will try this.

I beat my Popovers by hand so they didn't turn out very fluffy. Boy were they easy to make though! Everyone said they were great! Next time I make them I'll use a beater.

I'm so glad they were a hit!
