With the chores you are doing, throw in some weight work...muscle burns fat and muscle is smaller i.e. denser than fat...so putting on some muscle will show in your appearance as smaller but not necessary on the scale. for example
1 lb of fat takes up double the space 1 lb of muscle does
the pint to eating the 6 small meals...you speed up your metabolism. Your body wants say 1 whole pizza at this meal...so you give it 1/3 to half of the pizza...your body wants more so it attacks your fat stores for the energy then you feed your body another 1/3 or half of that pizza 2- 3 hours after the last meal...again it wants more so it attacks the fat stores. the water helps flush the fat and the muscle burns it...so you have more fire power against the fat than you think...
and no goofy weird unhealthy diets. Bake rather than fry steam rather than boil.
