I need comfort food...where's the chocolate?

My aunt is the same way Cetawin. She's never weighed over 100 lbs in her life...she's constantly struggling to find clothes that fit her(all of them have to be altered) and it doesn't help that she's 4'10"!!! we're all short in my family!! she too lacks energy and stamina. seeing her struggle to gain weight, I can kinda see where you are coming from!!!

Great way to gain weight is to work nights. Been working nights for the past 14 years. Never lost the pregnancy weight I should have after 3 c-sections and now I'm diabetic. Taking 3 different oral meds as well as insulin. Do I work out. Nope. Usually too tired. But, that will be the end of my pity party. I'll take some of that chocolate. Hmm....maybe that's my problem.

I was 103 many years ago...before I had children. Couldn't gain an ounce...haha look at me know!!! I am topping 200 and haven't looked back!! Well Actually, I lost 70lbs about 1year ago.....but do you know how hard it is to keep it off

Cetawin....you can have a few of my pounds. I don't mind sharing those at all....but now we may have to talk about the chocolate! I said "Talk"....don't bring the "guns"!!!
 
Cetawin, if the number of pounds bothers you, just carry a few extra "fluffy" Buff Orps when you weigh yourself. That'll get you up to 130!

Oh...to have Cetawin's weight problem! Just kidding, I USED to have that problem when I was a teen, My doctor kept testing my thyroid, but there was no medical problem, I was just very active and had a health metabolism. After three extremely stressful situations within a 3 1/2 year period, I packed on some pounds. Now I drink lots of water, no more stress-munching, 5 meals a day and snacks in moderation, I'm starting to lose some weight. It's these dreadful 5 - 10 pounds I can't get rid off (all in my midsection, of course). I know I need to get some more cardio in my schedule, but after leaving the house at 6:30am, getting back at 6:00pm (if I don't have any errands), taking care of the chickens and other pets, spending time with the family, cooking dinner and eating, there's just not a whole lot of time before it's time to get ready for bed. I'll get there!

P.S. - Don't look at me, I didn't steal your chocolate. I'm not a big chocolate fan.
