I need comfort food...where's the chocolate?

Kesta no anemia, no diabetes a little high BP but I have a killer metabolism...I eat it, burn it and burn some more. I do not even do cardio when I go to the gym...if I did I would burn off what I gained. LOL My husband snarls at me over that a lot.


HollyO I hear ya...I hate that I have lost the mass I worked on for a year...

I just hate it. but I also hate the thought of having to spend 6 days per week, every week in a gym for the rest of my life to weigh over 100 lbs. It just makes me mad. LOL

Aww, I feel your pain! Until I had baby #3 I only weighed 87 pounds and I am 5'8". The best thing I have ever found for weight gain is prenatal vitamins and a high carb diet. (Well after pregnancy, I'm 39 now) I now weigh about 120.

Sorry Cetawin, would you like some of my bad habits to help you out? Munchies in the evening - chocolate cravings, then the salt cravings......don't do a work out, I stare at my treadmill and say "I'll see you soon" sit more often at my computer studying BYC.......do research at BYC......pick a topic they are so many! Ummmm....I don't know about your area, but we've had so much rain, well, so you do stuff inside instead of out (where I would get more excercise) and make brownies and stuff.... will that help you out? I'm sure there are a lot of others here to help you gain weight!!!

I do envy you though! I used to weigh just shy under 100 lbs. when I was growing up.
Found out why I could eat 5.5 Big Macs, 2 lrg fries, a lrg shake at one sitting, plus eat my entire family out of house/home - everyday........My Thyroid is dead. Have been on medication since 19 yrs. old, and now, after 6 children and over 200 lbs. and desparately trying to lose MOST of this stuff - in a somewhat healthy way - yes, I do envy you.
 
LunaChick...I eat anything and everything and some things that are not in those categories. I literally ate a whole cheesecake by myself last weekend. *sigh*

It is funny to watch DH with our meals because I literally cook two different meals 4 times every day...he is eating a 60% protein 20% fat 20% carb at 2500 calories per day and me...I am eating 40% protein 30% fat and 30% carb at 3200 calories per day.

country freedom I would have my thyroid medication checked for sure. Please do not envy me...it is not a good thing to be this small. I get so tired, no stamina, my immune system is weaker and I just do not feel well. At 130 lbs I have a ton of energy, stamina, great immune system, feel great and my libido goes into overdrive. Find a happy medium...not too small not too large is my motto. I will take average.

oooooooooooohhhhhhhh FrenchHen I love that stuff....I admit I do eat it all the time. I love hazelnuts so it is natural to love that stuff.
 
We love Nutella s'mores.
top a graham with a marshmallow, microwave for 5 seconds, top with a nutella smeared graham cracker...
