I need dosages for antibiotics that can be given orally

so I'm creating a google doc for antibiotics that can be given by mouth. so far I have tylan 20 and 50 but I'm looking for the correct oral dosages for la-200 and denegaurd as well as any other antibiotics.

This from a professor at Auburn University: Use .20 CC per pound (5lb chicken = 1CC). Inject into breast approx 1/4 inch deep ONCE. Do not inject another dose until day 3! This is a broad spectrum antibiotic that does not begin to dissipate until day 3. On day one, two, and three rub VetRx onto their combs and nostrils and addone ounce of VetRx to one gallon of their water which has to be "faucet hot" to be able to mix with the water. On day three give another dose of LA-200 according to the dosage above and do not give anymore!

so its for my google doc (although the link to it will be shared on my blog, youtube and anywhere its needed) but I noticed a lot of times people give out the medicine and not the dose, and its happened almost constantly to me so I wanted to change that lol

My vet said 1/4cc per 2lbs for a chicken, this is the injectable.
