I need fertile bantam eggs in SW MO / NW AR

I have an american gamefowl/ jungle fowl hen who is a first time broody is sitting on unfertilized eggs at the moment, I'm looking for bantam eggs for her to sit on, I'm looking for OEGB, Sebright, modern game, rosecomb bantam, serama, pit bantams, miniature gamefowl or any other kind of chicken similar in style. really anything except silkies and polish will make me happy.

I know a website that sells many things such as fertilized eggs, baby chicks, and more. Check out www.purelypoultry.com. And you do not need to drive much! They deliver their things to your nearest post office and all you have to do is pick them up. They are out of stock sometimes, but they restock often.

I doubt they have much now, but I would call up Heartland Hatchery for next season, they frequently do chick sales in SW MO and sell hatching eggs that they could meet you there with if you order ahead of time. They’ll start selling in February. Their last sale is on the 21st down in Springfield if I remember right.

If you happen to be passing through KC next year, I hope to have some fertile bantam eggs myself if my birds will finally start laying. They will be mostly Japanese/ jap crosses to OEGBs, EEs, Cochins and sebrights from Heartland and Ideal.

yes heatland is doing chick sale all around springfield this weerkend. you can try calling them tomorrow 8-8pm.
Good luck finding anything local. Hopefully next year I will be offering 3-4 breeds as eggs and chicks but that is a work in progress.

thank you.. I am almost 2 hours from springfield thats not exactly local lol like i said previously I should have fertile egss next season this was just a spur of the moment thing.. i dont usually like to get anything off the internet or from people more then about 50 miles or so away. I live local, shop local. I have found plenty of chicks local the last couple days, just not what i want exactly, If i wanted silkies or turkens I would be set..
