Thank you I’ll take another look when I get home she had a little cheese looking stuff come out with some pus when I squeezed it but I’ll try again and saline it

You may need to push up on the choanal slit in the roof of the beak to get all puss out of the sinus. Here are a couple of very graphic videos of getting solid puss out of chicken’s eye:
