Fresh clean water. use an eye dropper. some just don't make it. Is the poop shoot clear and clean?

Hi welcome to BYC!

Do you have access to poultry vitamins? I would give that by dropping into beak. Also try mixing feed up with water to make it into a mash for easier eating. I had a chick I had to coax to eat by dipping her beak into it.

You could also try electrolytes so doesn't become dehydrated. Here is how to make some homemade solution.

Electrolyte formula:7g sodium chloride (NaCl, common salt)5g sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)3g potassium chloride (commonly called "Muriate of Potash". Salt substitutes contain mostly potassium chloride)40g glucose (a common source is corn syrup)2 liters water.

Are the chicks poops normal, any signs of blood in the poop? Or any sign of lice or mites on the chicks? Any whitish things in the poop can be worms.

Hope gets well soon, good luck!

Can i give him paracetamol or any other drug? I think he has a fevr or maybe a cold.

Is that like asprin? If he has a cold he has a respiratory illness. Does he have wheezing, bubbles in eyes, watery eyes, or mucus in nostrils? In the mouth on top beak inside does the groove on top seem to have mucus in it?

A antibiotic for poultry would help with respiratory problems. Here we have tylan 50 that is given to clear it up. I don't know what it would be called out of the US, sorry about that.

Here is a listing of medications and doses that should help you find something where you are to help your Chick. Hope feels better soon.

I also agree not to use acetominophen (paracetamol.) ASA or aspirin 62 mg is okay once or twice daily. He has symptoms of wry neck and looks to be resting on his hocks. Does he have respiratory symptoms also? Wry neck can be a symptom of diseases such as Mareks, Newcastles, encephalitis, and others, from neurological problem, and vitamin deficiency, but he appears very ill in your picture. I hope you can help your chick.
