My baby chick walk crouched down and sometimes fall HELP!

Get him another chick of similar age for company. This will help him to socialize and learn how to be a chicken.
I wish we could, I picked him up because his mom abandoned him. We have a hen with baby chicks his age but she has been very hostile with him. We even tried to get him under her at night but she just pecked us and him 😔.

Chicks are very social birds and they need to be with others. Here is a link for many articles that may help you raise chickens:

Edited to say, yes she could kill him. I have had luck slipping a small day old chick under a broody in the dark, but you need to be there at daylight to make sure that she is not pecking him.

You could just grab one of the mother hen's chicks at night and put it with your little foundling so he will no longer be alone.

Would that really be ok? I'll try tonight then as in broad daylight the chick will run away
Go prepared: use little basket or box with a warm (not hot!) water bottle and fuzzy piece of fabric so the abducted chick will feel cozy and not alarm the mother hen. Bring a dark towel to cover the box.
Just use a headlight and talk in a low and calming voice to the mother hen when approaching her to let her know it is you and not a predator.
Gently feel under her belly and carefully grab one of the chicks and immediately put it in the little basket/box with the warm water bottle and cover with the towel.
Retreat immediately while still talking to the mother hen.
