I need help for my 3 Weeks old chick plzz!

Im gibog him water containing sugar so he gets energy as he may become dehydrated.Is the water with sugar beneficial he seems a bit better.He has got black circles around his eyes so what disease may the chick be having i need guide on that with any effectiv

e remedity.Maybe he does not have a wry neck.He is just pretty weak.

He looks all wet. Could you bring him inside and dry him off and keep him warm?

He was pretty well but i feared that the disease from him could spread as he had gone all black so i had to slaughter him.

By golden cochin i meant orpingtons they are locally known as that.
