I need help. Hamburg pictures please!

elder Hamburg roo...was SQ 6 years ago when we got him. His lovely wife is in chickie heaven. I don't remember his color name, Red Spangled? The only on line pics I find are of Gold Spangled, which looks like him, but he's not gold, he's rust.
I also took some pics of his son (daughter?) who looks like a Seabright. (Mom is mix of Silkie, sf blue Cochin, LaFleche).
Argh can't find cord will add pics tonight.
lol oops nvm, y'all beat me to it.

That is obviously copywritten as well as your egg pic and maybe more. You can not use pictures from the internet unless you get permission from the owner of the website. This includes wording as well. If I copy and paste a sentence to the google bar and another website besides BYC pops up, that means it was copied from another source. This is called plagiarism and it is illegal.

I read the feathersite permission stuff. Whoops, I just remembered that I forgot to add credits in! I am so sorry! Guess I need to go fix that.

I am very sorry about forgetting the credits and I hope everyone will forgive me. I apologize for all my mistakes.

Guess I should stop trying to do breed pages before I get BYC in serious trouble.

Copyright law allows use of short excerpts; however, credit should be given. For more specifics see http://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-fairuse.html#howmuch and http://www.copyright.gov/fls/fl102.html

Plagarism
would be attempting to take credit for something written or composed by another; it's not exactly the same as copyright infringement, but they are certainly similar, and a violation of one can indeed be a violation of the other.
