I need help hen looks to have white film over her eye

I would think that once you get the infection or whatever it is controlled, even if she can only see out of one eye, she can do fairly well.
Just watch her to make sure she is coping well and finding enough food. There are threads on here where people have blind chickens and they are doing well.

Hello, I know this is an old thread but how did your chicken turn out? I noticed this happening in my oldest chicken of 5 yes 2 days ago. I separated her and gave her fresh food and water.

Her eye ball is completely white when she opened it. She also has swelling around her eye.

Any help is appreciated.

its like that kinda but you can not see the eye at all its covered all white.

my chicken too, all white and we cured pus with terramycin, but still white eyeball.
