I need help, I'm not sure whats wrong with my chicken!

I have this really sweet austrolorp hen named baldy, and her feathers keep breaking off and falling out. Her skin is not irritated, and she does not have mites. Does anyone know what's wrong with her?! She's been like this for a year and a half!!! Other than the obvious lack of feathers, there is nothing wrong with her. She eats, drinks and lays fine. And it's not feather picking because my chickens are free range and fed a very nutritious diet. Can anyone help?

she might have lice. my silver laced Wyandotte had barely any feathers when i got her, and i later found out that she had lice.

She's not molting, when she did that ALL her feathers fell out and she looked like a zombie, but I might try some lice spray on her....

I'm thinking lice, and maybe her diet is lacking something. Try giving her Tuna, or some Comfrey to put some minerals in her diet.
