To catch the poop, we got boot mats at Lowes. They are about 4 feet long, about 2 feet wide, with about a 2 inch rim all around. Made out of tough rubber. You probably only need one. Sit it under your roost & it is just right to catch the poop. To clean, just dump all that good fertilizer & spray it out with a garden hose. It will be up to you how much poop your wife sees.
