I need HELP. One of my chickens is bleeding from her butt. WARNING BLOODY PICTURES

I would atleast take her somewhere warm, not with the other chickens. Put her in a type of crate, can you take her in your room? Or maybe a porch area of the house?
I can't take her to my room, I am not allowed and I have siblings. Currently I have her in a cardboard box with wood shavings inside their other half their run. We have a wall in the middle to separate them for times like these. The run is covered up so at least it won't be that cold.

I would guess that she might have been egg bound and or suffered a temporary prolapsed vent while she was trying to lay. The egg may have broken inside, but either way, something triggered the others to peck her vent and cause bleeding. Clean her up as best you can. Ask parents if you can get some calcium tablets with vitamin D or Tums, and give her one daily for about 3 days in a row. If using Tums, break them into small pieces, but the calcium tablet can be given orally in one piece, just popped into the back of her beak. That may help if her egg shells are thin or if she has a prolapse.

Update: I gave her oyster shells and some tums and finally got to clean her up. She stopped bleeding earlier, but now she is again. 😬 The blood seems to be coming from the inside of her vent and it is less than before.
