I need help, one of my girls died and idk why

How old are these birds? Have they ever been dewormed? If you live in a warm/wet climate parasites are rampant. I'd consider treating for cocci and deworming them as a starting point.

And with only three hens I probably wouldn't keep a rooster at all, especially if he is rough on them. Mating can seem rough to the uninitiated and also when roo's are young. They gain some finesse as they mature. So you will have to be the judge of whether his behavior is actually normal roo behavior or not. If not I'd get rid of him. If you keep any of these three roo's I'd get some more hens.

I have no clue how old the 1 group is, they were all given to me by people who no longer wanted them. The babies are 7 months old. I'm going to deworm them starting tomorrow. I never knew you had to deworm chickens or get them shots. I'm trying to learn. Like I said they were given to me, I only took them to keep them from being put down. But I'm beginning to love this and I'm trying.

Be careful what you use to deworm them with, just in case they might be carrying a heavy load of parasites. Some wormers kill off a lot of worms fast and that can result in a blockage of dead worms and/or toxicity to the bird from all the dead worms. You would be wise to use Valbazen since it not only kills all types of worms a chicken can get but it does so slowly, over the course of a few days so there is no big load of dead worms all at once.

FWIW, I've never had any problems worming with Safeguard (fenbendazole 10%).

Thank you very much for all of your advice. I never really thought raising chickens was so difficult. But I guess you learn a little more every day
