I have a hen that went broody on a clutch of dummy eggs (gold balls). She has been sitting in them for 24 hours so to Ightveh I moved her into a private pen with the intention of giving her some real eggs in the next 2 days. When I moved her I noticed she was sitting on the golf balls as well as a small egg. Most likely hers. My question if I take the egg and keep it until I'm ready to give her a real clutch will it still hatch? She has been "incubating" it for 24 hours. Can I remove it and put it back in 2 days with other eggs ?
