his crop doesnt seem to feel different before and after eating and drinking

The best way to see if the crop is working right is to put him in a crate with no food or water at night. Feel his crop at night then in the morning before you give him food and water.

he is getting a bit more gurg-ely and his crop doesnt seem to feel different before and after eating and drinking but his eyes are doing much better

Also is there any medication or liquid i could give him to help with his crop? He has a mineral water (Electrolytes plus) And a normal water both in his “pen”

You should be able to tell a difference before and after eating.

I agree with @aart cage him for a night without food/water and check the crop first thing in the morning.
