I need help sexing this Easter Egger...

Hello! This is our EE, Scout. Lately we have been wondering if she is actually a he. She is approximately 2-2 1/2 months old so no crowing or laying yet. I recently noticed that her tail is big in comparison to our other hens, and I started to wonder if perhaps she is a rooster. I tried googling but I only came to inconclusive results. Some info I found suggest she could be a rooster but some suggested hen. Please help if you can!
