I need help sexing this gold laced Wyandotte

I have 2 gold laced Wyandottes, both 4-5 months old. I bought them as females from Mcmurray hatchery but it seems a lot bigger and more rooster looking than the other one. Also the bigger one has redder, bigger waddles and loves to fly. And it's tail feathers stick straight up whereas the others one doesn't have that.

Yep, those are both pullets. One is just slightly more mature than the other, she'll probably be your first layer.
