Looks like decent space for 6(?) total chickens and there's some natural clutter. Looks like a feeder inside and out (if I got it wrong, having 2 or more feeders could help alleviate some aggression).

As long as the gray one doesn't get picked on to the point of injury again and has access to food and water, I think they should be able to sort things out on their own.
