I need help!! Unknown rooster breed.

So I have a young rooster he’s maybe about 3-4 months old and I don’t really know what breed he is he’s crowing now lol.

He looks like a possible Rhode Island Red cockerel. He won't be a 'rooster' until he's a year old.

I wouldn't say it's a welsummer either.
Color looks off for that too.
Honestly it would be pretty hard to say for positive what he is.
Any more info about him? Where did he come from? Is he supposed to be a purebred?

He was purchased from tractor supply on chick days he was supposed to be a sex link, but I guess they got their chicks mixed up
