I need help!! Unknown rooster breed.

I wouldn't say it's a welsummer either.
Color looks off for that too.
Honestly it would be pretty hard to say for positive what he is.
Any more info about him? Where did he come from? Is he supposed to be a purebred?
What makes it not look like a Welsummer? I've had Welsummers before. They have a redder plumage than gold duckwing, and the chick looks exactly like mine as well as the adult.

I can’t disagree with you lol, your rooster sure does look a lot like Phoenix( my cockerel ).
From the front. But he has no long tail and a more upright form I think. Phoenix are much lighter than the red gold duckwing of a Welsummer.
Notice how the golden Phoenix has a pale straw colored hackle in this image.https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=Q2/gJIlC&id=F08D35696B4BC5B79D02585466CA382E181B0AD8&thid=OIP.Q2_gJIlCiEjTv_TZ94A2nwHaGm&mediaurl=http://media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/43/6f/e0/436fe02489428848d3bff4d9f780369f.jpg&exph=802&expw=900&q=golden+phoenix+chicken&simid=608050058825239893&selectedIndex=3&ajaxhist=0

*ahem* excuse the frostbitten wattles. This picture was taken in winter. We sold him this spring to someone who can handle a single comb bird. Plus he was wild and screamed like a girl when you held him lol.
