I need help with a duckling that did not come out of the egg good

I have a duckling that I had to help out of the shell he was stuck for over 48 hours. When I finally helped him get out he can raise his head it like it stuck like it was in the egg. What do I do I feel so bad for him.

Has it been 24 hours since you helped it get out of the egg? They need some recovery time.
After that you can gently wash it off and blow dry it.
I know some ducks have a permanently crooked neck, but most straighten out.
You can also help it drink some sips of sugar water to give it some energy.

Update on baby duckling. I made him a little neck brace to help give him support and 20 hours later he was finally able to move is neck good. Now he is unstoppable. Great personality and full of life and loves to run. Lol I'm so glad he made a great turn around eating and drink really good as well. I'm so happy
