I need help with determining gender of my EE

Do you live in the country or a neighborhood, if you live in the country like I do, chances are he's yours to keep. We didn't check offices here, but I'm sure roosters and plain chickens are allowed.
Well I just looked up my local ordinance and it says nothing about roosters. Heck, I can hardly understand what it's talking about

Hmm... Not being an attorney, what I read were two things--
The provision on noise disturbances- that would like be if your neighbors filed a complaint.
The first being that fowl must be so far away (250) from other people and must be secured- caged- and are not allowed to 'free range' even on your property.

Thats the vibe I got from it to. And op definitely has abeen very pretty rooster.
 
Actually, how much land are you on? It looks like chickens fall under livestock... and it seems that there are a limit to the number you can have in relation to how much land/property you might have-- and if your neighbors are bothered.
