I need help with my turkeys!

OK! I lost another turkey this morning! IDK what to do! I'm going to call the MSU Poultry and Researching center tomorrow and ask them if they could help me diagnose this disease. I'm praying it's something easy and curable. I'm thinking it might be blackhead, no actual "black heads" but most of the symptoms point to that.

I'm down to six turks and I don't think I can lose another one.
