I need help with quite a few things with hatching my four eggs.

That's not an egg cell, it's a place where air got under the cracked shell and is now between the shell and membrane. Those eggs are unlikely to develop, and even if they do, the chicks won't survive to hatch. Take them out now before they rot.

Why the massively juryrigged incubator? If I were you, I'd wait, save up money, and build or buy a better incubator that's actually likely to function. It's going to be very hard to do this right, and even if you manage to get the chicks to hatch, temperature and humidity fluctuations during incubation massively increase the risk of deformities.

If you have a hen and a rooster, you'll have more fertile eggs soon. There's no rush. I'd suggest looking up how to build an incubator from a styrofoam cooler and doing that.

Please get an incubator and please give your chickens a few months to figure out the whole mating thing.

Learn how to crack open and egg and check fertility before you try to hatch any eggs.

Setting first laId eggs is never a good idea.
And setting a cracked egg is just silly.

Agree with all of the above. Those eggs are not going to hatch due to damage and improper conditions. I gave a HovaBator Genesis 1588 with an egg turner. I suggest you save up and buy that or another good incubator. Stay away from the Little Giant ones. I have had incredible success with this incubator with 100% hatches. The egg turner helps a lot to keep temperatures constant as you are not opening the lid twice a day to turn eggs. Humidity and temperature is monitored digitally and very accurate. Hatching eggs is easy if done right but temperature and humidity is very important and they won't hatch if it isn't constant and right.

If your eggs are cracking, without you touching them, then something else is also wrong with their diet. Are you feeding a good name brand layer pellet? All they can or want to eat? If so, you may want to offer extra calcium as oyster shell or some other form to make the shells better.

Admittedly, my first bought one was one of those. It did hatch eggs but there were also a lot of losses. After it's demise, I bought the new one. I expected issues like the Little Giant one and loaded it up with 40 eggs. .. I was inundated with 40 baby chicks. 100% hatch rate and all survived. I was not prepared for that. The egg turner and fan I think made all the difference. There are so many low reviews of the LG (especially the still air one) now I just avoid recommending it. People starting with hatching need all the help they can get. I think it was one of the first, affordable, commercially available ones but there are so many more choices now.

Yeah, I'm hoping they'll hatch but I'm not expecting them to. I am also taking their temperature but it does keep changing as well (plus all the thermometers that I use don't work too well.). I am buying the Janoel12 incubator today and it will arrive on the 28th or April 1st. What do you recommend I do with the cracked ones throw them out or give them a chance.

Throw them out eggs I’ve seen set with a small crack and sealed and they usually don’t make it..those eggs are in bad shape and hour probably just gonna end up with a nasty mess..give your chickens some time get your incubator set it up learn how to keep it steady with temp and humidity and set nice shaped eggs with no cracks..what do you feed your birds like someone said above it sound like a deficiency do you offer oyster shells or some type of calcium supplement??
