I need help! Work from home??

I have been trying to find a job for almost a year now, with no luck! I have even tried jobs that I have never done before. Like gas stations, wal mart, and other discount stores. I have also tried many positions at the local hospital (Office work). I want to get a data processing job that I can do from home! The problem is, there are tons of rip offs and scams. Does anyone know where I can get a legitimate job like this?

I feel you r pain. I searched for months til I found my job. I've had it 2 months only to be told last fri that my route was being canceled!!!

Now I'm out looking again. It's so maddening!!!

I don't even know where to start anymore! I don't know about work from home jobs, I see them a lot. I guess I'll have to look into them or something anyway..........

Yea, I've seen those sites. I don't get why I should pay to work for you. Isn't the employer supposed to pay the employee???

Hi Patty!

I have a friend who works from home as a medical transcriptionist. No idea how it came about, since she's in TX it may be different.

I make some supplementary income selling on etsy and ebay, not a lot but it helps out. Handmade items sell well on etsy.

I was selling eggs, but people don't want to make the trip out here to get them, and delivering for $2.00 a carton is not going to work. So now we eat a lot more eggs!

And anything that requires you to pay them first? Forget it, SCAM.

Thank you! You would think that since I speak fluent Spanish, and getting to be a pretty good chicken doctor, I would be able to get a job, but nope, no luck! I will keep trying! I just love the support I get here on BYC!
