You are doing great!!!!! Do you hang out with the duckling a lot? If so it has most likely going to be very close with you. It would hate to part with you. I would say keep it. Some would say not to, but you are most likely it mom. It would hate to be away from you. I would say get another duck. Also, are you going to have both chickens and ducks in that run? If so it might be to small. Also cuz it is wild it might fly away. When it gets older you might have to clip its wings. OK sorry for all of that info, its just when I see somebody who needs help I want to help them as much as I can. Well anyway... best wishes!!!!!

We named it Frankie. And it does follow me. I take care of it and give it treats. Plus I give it massages hoping that would help. However Frankie has days it wants to be w me and days it doesn’t. Scared like it doesn’t know me. Similar to my teenage daughter. we were planning on keeping it bc I am afraid it wouldn’t survive.
