I need help!!!!

Possibility we've had some pretty cold morning this week how about you? I'
d ask for a heat pac and if they don't need it they won't use it. They are sending you replacements right? Had they eaten the gro gel? Between the 5 the cup should have been empty

Yes the grow gel was all gone. No we are not going to get replacements. They didn't put a heat pack in there, it wasn't even mentioned when we were checking out etc.
Thanks for all the responses! Yes I will keep you all updated.

I've been doing research and think they died from dehydration. What do you all think? The ones that died, their eyes were really sunken in. I forget to mention that in my first post. The two that are still alive their eyes weren't as sunken in and I think that's why they are doing pretty good now.

3 days. It took longer than it should have. How long does the yolk last? Hmm interesting and sad, @jaykayhuff how old are your ducklings now? Are they adults? If so how are they doing? Healthy?
I just wish I could have helped the last two. Maybe I could have done something if I knew what was wrong. I'm concerned that my other ducklings will catch whatever killed the three girl ducklings. Should I see if I am able to send the bodies to a lab or something?

Mine are two weeks on Monday. The last one that died died four days ago. None of my surviving ducks have shown any symptoms. I don’t think it has anything to do with dehydration but the one of mine that looked just like yours in the video arrived seeming healthy and didn’t start to get sick until I had had it for over two days.

If you can send to a lab that will give you closure and defiant answers.
They can live off the yolk 2-3 days plus they had gro gel so probably not dehydration but rough handling or temps too cold. I lost 2 Runner ducklings last April to what the hatchery called shipping stress. They seemed fine first 2 days then 2 went down hill fast. I would have lost the other 2 if not for scrambled eggs. I believe with all my heart they started eating those eggs every morning and had a complete turn around.
