I need help!

I didn't see any one mention giving her a little extra warmth in the kennel you have her in. She looks feathered out so probably just a heating pad on low for her to rest on if you don't already have her under a brooder light.

Please don't run out and get a heating pad just based on my comments, I am a chicken newbie too. Let someone with more experience back me up first

If it's chilly, yeah I would bring her inside or give her a heat lamp. Make sure nothing gets too hot.

A heat source is a good idea, but be very careful with that if she is immobile, as she could overheat. How is she doing?

Can you hold the scruff of her neck to straighten her out and assist her in eating? In my experience, chickens can really enjoy moistened crumble.
It’s so great that you took her in. If you can get her health back, she eill reward you with friendship and probably eggs! Chickens are really wonderful and fascinating animals.

Thank you all for helping me! A little update, she was more alert when I offered her electrolytes. I didn't feed her, because I didn't want to stress her out and her crop felt a little too full. I did bring her in to warm her up! She is in a bigger kennel, and I dropped pine shavings from my chinchilla. The thing I am worried about is that she will aspirate on either her water or food. I do moisten the food for added hydration. Correct me if I am doing anything wrong.

@micstrachan do you want me to pick her up from the scruff of her neck like cat moms pick up their kittens? I tried to straighten it out but she moves as if it hurts her. So I lay her on her side and straighten to where it don't hurt her and feed her. So I am a nurse and I work Saturday and don't have no one to care for her. Will she be okay if she don't get fed for 13 hours? How many times should I offer feedings ? Thank you all once again

Update photo of her!

She looks a little better. I would keep her warm about 75-80 degrees. You can give the vitamin E once a day up to 400 IU. The E in the NutriDrench is okay to give in addition. Dosage of either Poultry Cell or NutriDrench is 1 ml daily for every 3 pounds of weight. I usually cook the egg lightly (scramble) and use a little, and keep some in the fridge. Here is a good video of feeding a chicken with wry neck:

I forgot to add... I agree she looks a little better. Hoe is she now?

Also, good call taking care not to aspirate her.

She isn't all that good still lethargic, she was alert in small phases when I fed her, but still not eating on her own. She did develop really runny green diarrhea. Her poop has a distinct smell but I don't know how chicken poop is suppose to smell.
