Mine only requires the coop and run to be 50ft from anyvliving space and/or water well. No limit on the size of either. Unfortunately though a lot of the lots here are very small and probably only have 25ft at most in the backyard. Our home is an older home on a much bhb bigger lot and we have 100ft from our home to our back fence and no houses behind us
