I Need Help

I have a hen that is not eating this a.m. I did see her drink. She is walking slow. Sitting in the corner on the coop with her eyes closed. Her wattle is very pale looking like a pink color not red. I saw her poop and it is just like water but red. Could it be blood? I have been feeding them alot of tomato's the last 3 days. Could this be the cause? Also she will lay down and pick at the dirt. When I was looking her over her crop is very full filling?

It sounds like it may be cocci. Can you get a picture of her poop. I would almost be safe and just treat the entire flock with a round of Corid to rid the Cocci, if that is what it is. Cocci can act really fast and take out your hens pretty quick.
