I need names!

They kept going under the 'waterfall' which kept dunking them under, they tried climbing up the rock to get to land but they kept getting bunked.. normally my duck fly up onto the rock but it isn't the case for these guys.

Could you put something like a ramp together for them? Just a board with some strips of wood nailed across for grip.
But it is a promising sign that they are active!

It is a possibility, they have a much bigger build than my other pekins. I never asked though.

It seems that even with Jumbo Pekins it all depends on the individual bird as well as on how they are being taken care of. - And i know you are taking very good care of them!

I have talked to members that have Jumbo and they are healthy but yes keeping them in good health good weight means a lot. Hopefully with your care they will be just fine. I’d keep up the b complex for a good while then once they are up walking good switch them over to nutritional yeast it maybe months though before you can do that switch though.

Do you have drakes in your duck flock? - My drakes are standing guard while the girls are foraging and alarm everyone if they see something in the sky. In case of bop's everybody is then staring at those and maybe that's intimidating to them. Bop's can only hope to successfully hunt down unaware victims. Their abilities to change course during the dive-attack are somewhat limited, so if a victim (duck) watches closely they can simply out-maneuver the attacker. - Just a weird theory of mine.
Never lost a duck to a BoP too, but that's more due to the large crow families around here, they harrass all dangerous birds away.

I have one drake to sixteen hens. It's interesting to me as all my birds share the same space, yet I only lose chickens. Haven't had an issue with the redtails or eagles this last year, just the goshawk. Those things are unstoppable, but they are small.

Alright, it is suppose to snow tomorrow for us (pretty bad) Would it be safer to leave them in or let them in a pen access to shelter and water?

How are they doing with the other ducks? Is that what you mean putting them in with the other where they will have access to food and shelter?
