I need some EE help

I have an Easter Egger hen, with no comb at all!!! she is 20 weeks. All her sisters have a comb and have started laying already, but she hasn't yet. Why doesn't she have a comb? Will she ever lay without a comb? Could she possibly be a he? One of her sisters has a pea comb, but it is much more defined, and this one still looks like nothing is there.

She does have a comb. It is a type of small comb called a pea comb. When she begins laying, it should get redder and a little larger, but it will never be extremely large.
