I need some help

So I was putting my chickens in for the night and I have realized that my one chicken was fluffed out, she has a light pink comb, she doesn't have good balance, she lays when she eats all the time and she isn't able to go on the roosts and she has little scabs on her comb, if anyone has a lead to what It could be it would be greatly appreciated, have a great day.
