I keep seeing one being kept as a pet on my tiktok fyp ,the individual is free ranging the yard and is treated as a house pet

I live in Romania, the owner of the thick knee is located in Peru and has rescued him

I have no idea about the rules and regulations in Romania you’re best bet is researching as much as you can online. Even if it’s legal it’d be pretty dang hard to find one for sale.
