i need to know what it is

yes i could be pus, but i feel bad for her ,and i dont know what to give her to cure
It is best to figure out what it is before treating with medicine. If it is an abscess, lancing it and squeezing out the pus, then giving a broad spectrum antibiotic would be best. Most good antibiotics come from vets. If it is canker which is a protozoan, a drug like metronidazole, fishzole, or General Cure from Petsmart would treat that.

It may help if it is canker. Are you seeing anything growths, gray or yellow patches inside the mouth? The out side except for the one little dark spot in the corner of the beak, just looks like an abscess. Does it feel hard or soft? I would either treat for an abscess by lancing and squeezing out pus, then giving an antibiotic, or I would treat for canker with metronidazole.

What does it look like inside her mouth. From the dark bit in the corner I am inclined to agree with eggcessive about it being canker. Do your chickens drink from a place that wild birds also have access to?

actually i have two chicken coop ,but i let them out maybe one or two times a week ,but sometimes i dont let them out,one more important question this is contagious to the other chickens

Canker would be infectious to the other chickens especially by using waterers or feeders, but an abscess, once you got it taken care of would not. Some of the old timers recommend treatment once a month for canker with acidified copper sulfate 1/4 tsp per gallon of water for 3 days a month as a preventative. That of course would be after treating with the metronidazole 250 mg daily for 5 days.
