I need to mix duramycin NOW please help how much to ONE gallon

Please help, I only have a one gallon container and I need to try and help this duckling, the posts I have read are only confusing me,

plus I am very worried

I have read everything from one teaspoon to 1/10 of a tsp to two gallons.... I have no way to measure that and I only have one one gallon container....ARG!!!

someone please help, everyone recommends these things and obviously uses it but how do I measure it????
