I need urgent help please.

You could try that. When you packed it, did you use a no stick pad? If not, I would suggest soaking the foot in warm water before trying to remove the pad. A pad that's stuck to her wound will probably cause it to bleed again. Make sense?
I went to prepare the stuff I needed to change the bandages and by the time I got back her neck was twisted and she's gone ..

There are so much that can be wrong with her and not just her bottom feet, but it still not good that she is having that problem. Does she have any other symptoms? I'm guessing, she could have blood poisoning from her feet and also she could be anemic, but it could just about anything. If a chicken is not eating or drinking it may be suffering from a blockage anywhere from its throat, crop, intestines, oviduct, to vent. I would check her all over started at her head and work your way down, but she looks so weak that she might not be able to handle that. You also said she has diarrhea, what color is it? Also, you said she is not popping very much. I would highly recommend getting her on electrolyte/vitamin water as soon as possible and let that perk her up then start a good look at her, but no more then she can handle.
A chicken lethargic may have no droppings which can mean constipation or blockage or just not enough food in the last day or so. An impacted or sour crop may be the cause or a side effect of what ever is wrong.
If there is a rotten food smell from its mouth it may need to be inverted and have the contents milked out. YOU MUST REHYDRATE CROP CONTENTS FIRST WITH WARM WATER AND EXTERNAL CROP MASSAGE. Soured crop contents can turn to poison making it better to remove the contents rather than allow them to pass though.
I hope this will help somewhat.
Good luck and I hope she pulls through!!!
