I need urgent help please.

A few thoughts:
Leave the bandages alone for now. They look good in your pictures. And the bleeding must have stopped or there would be a lot of seepage. You would see that for sure.

Do not give her any aspirin as that would upset her ability to clot and any subsequent bleeding would be uncontrollable.

Do you have any yogurt?
My chickens like it a lot.
Lots of protein and moisture at the same time but not too much of course.
They also love cooked oatmeal which you could make runny like a porridge.
Or if you have a friend or neighbor who has an infant- baby "cereal"
Works great for sick animals.
It comes in different types
Rice, oatmeal, with or without bananas. I've never had a pet refuse to eat some and it's just gets mixed with water. You can make it thin or thick with the sugar/salt water.
Chicken people in the know:
Since this chicken owner is in Egypt , what could we use in a pinch to supplement instead of poly-vi-sol without iron?
Could a morsel of human multivitamin -without iron- be mashed and mixed in this chicken's sweetened water?

Also since iron is essential in the carriage of oxygen in red blood cells, and this chicken has lost a considerable amount of blood, would a small amount of iron be all that harmful given the circumstances?
I wish I knew more and hope my thoughts and suggestions aren't a bother.

Hayamz you are half a world from me tonight but I am praying for you and your pet. May the chicken angels surround you both.

I'm sorry she is not doing well :hugs

It looks like you have received some good suggestions. I agree that she is very pale and sick. Keeping her hydrated would be the first thing to do. It sounds like she lost a lot of blood. You can add just a little sugar to her water. For a boost - if you have beef liver or heart, you can give her a little of that, but getting water into her is important. Egg or fish would be good to go along with her normal feed as well.

Please keep us posted.

Sugar water with a little salt gives electrolites, not pro level. Gator aid, if you have it there, or a sports drink. No soft drinks for birds, nothing with cafination. Baby food with lots of water, but you just want to get fluids in her short term. She can go a couple of days not eating, she sounds healthy except for foot issue. Blood loss is serious for all birds. Try to replace the fluids she lost. We are wishing you the best.

it's 7 pm now and she hasn't had any food since yesterday , I gave her electrolytes an hour ago but nothing happened , I feel like I may accidentally put the fluid in her lungs ? her beak is always open since yesterday and when I gave her electrolytes I could hear gurgling ? it happened right after I gave her the electrolytes and she has coughed I think I'm not sure , she did a weird sound like she's couching and she jumped !! and then nothing now no other sounds , but her beak is still opened , and there is something sticky that looks like saliva , I can see it when her beak is opened , I saw it yesterday but I didn't care I thought it's remaining water or something . did I do something wrong ? I started to give her water by syringe 2 days ago when she stopped drinking on her own, I'm afraid I may have hurt her more :( . I feel so bad :(

Don't beat yourself up. You are doing the very best that you can for her.
It's possible that she may have aspirated some liquids. Sometimes that can happen even when being very careful, when they are laying down they can press the crop and liquids can come back up as well.

I'm sure @casportpony would be happy to teach you about tube feeding if you want to.
Here's information on that http://www.backyardchickens.com/t/805728/go-team-tube-feeding

When syringe or tube feeding you want to see that you put food/liquids to the side as shown.

okay thank you so much , so do you suggest to put her on her back and press on the crop ?? I didn't mean to hurt her but she moves a lot when I hold her to open her beak, I really didn't mean to make her feel worse . if something happened to her I will blame myself for the rest of my life . :(

Do not put her on her back. Let her rest for a while. Then give her some fluids by following the image posted here earlier. It's possible the noise is her body succumbing to whatever is wrong and isn't anything you did or didn't do to her, so no need to beat yourself up over this. You are trying your best and that counts for a lot.
