I need your expert eyes

That is definitely a pea comb, because I have a Rose combed hen and it does not look like that.

Interesting. I did not know that a rose combs can be flat...... if I recall correctly, it is called a rose comb because of all the little spikes on it that look like the thorns of a rose.

Interesting, I've never heard that. My Dominiques have combs like your Sebright, but my Wyandotte bantam doesn't. (Not my pic)

I'm not sure either. It's super flat. We have 2 other EE's and their comb did not look like this at this age... that is part of why she is an enigma.

However, she did start squatting for me TODAY! So hopefully we will see an egg soon!!
 
It looks like a rose comb to me and I also think there is Wyandotte and Marans in the mix but am I also seeing a beard or is it just the camera angle?

I think she is clean faced. That is part of what is keeping me from going to EE...
