I need your help! Are these pullets or cockerel silkies?

Thank you, Thank you! I have been hoping that all of them are female..... but especially the grey. She is just SO fuzzy!

I'll be a little bummed if the buff chick - thanks to you all I now know the color! - is a boy 'cause it is just a sweetheart and soooo pretty! I have to admit that it acts a little tougher than the rest!!
